Rescheduling, Refund and Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation charges, please reschedule or cancel the order 72 hours before the scheduled

Cancellation Policy
Your service request may be rescheduled or cancelled online through YATRA 2 POOJA platform WEBSITE
OR FROM OUR CALL CENTRE.
- The cancellation charges are mentioned hereinafter:
= 72 hrs -; Zero cancellation charges. 100% refund excluding convenience charges paid, if any.
Between 72 hrs &; 48 hrs; - 25% cancellation charges &; convenience charges paid, if any.
Between 48 hrs &; 24 hrs; - 50% cancellation charges;&; convenience charges paid, if any.
<=24 hrs;; - 25 % refund.
- If the order booked falls within the time frame of the above policy and cancelled afterwards by the
customer, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the above slot anyway.
- The rescheduling ( one time) of a service is possible within the available service categories
pertaining to that city; and or date; for one time only. You can change the date of the booked service
prior to 72 hours and or change it from one service (booked service) to another service.
- If the service professional is running late by over 60 minutes and ;the customer wants to cancel
the order, then the cancellation charges will NOT be applicable.
- Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, YATRA 2 POOJA reserves the right to cancel
any order at any point of time and YATRA 2 POOJA will not be liable to anyone for the same.
- If the visit is cancelled by the service professional or YATRA 2 POOJA, then customer is NOT liable
to pay cancellation charges.
Returns
We only entertain the requests for replacement, return or refund only if the request is raised within
07 calendar days of receiving the product. The customers can also raise the request for a return or
refund even before the product is delivered. In other words, we SHALL NOT entertain any requests for
replacement, return or refund after 07 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
Before making any request for replacement or return kindly note that we shall process the request for
replacement or return only under the following circumstances:
- If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.
- The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to
mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.
- The customer must supply proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
- Products under warranty (if eligible).
Replacement/exchange
Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange under the following circumstances:
- Items that are specified as “non-refundable” will not be returned/refunded at any cost.
- The product must be non-consumable in nature, i.e., any item which is consumable in nature like incense sticks, turmeric, etc. can neither be replaced nor returned/exchanged under any circumstance.
- Bulky items like statues, paintings, temple or puja mandir.
- Customization or customized puja items.
Shipping Policy
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.
International Shipping:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item’s price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Shipping Cost
Our shipping cost is totally free. If we provide any physical product, the cost applies according to the shipping provider.

Cancellations
An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.
Refunds
If approved, then the refund will be processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
